Terms & Research-Use Conditions

All products listed or supplied by DAAVY Research Peptides are intended solely for laboratory, academic, institutional, analytical, or identification research. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use or consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or household use.

By submitting an order request, the requester confirms that the materials are being requested for legitimate research purposes and that they are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and safe laboratory practices.

DAAVY Research may request additional information about the purchaser, organization, or intended research use and may reject any order request that cannot be reasonably verified as research-only.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time for domestic U.S. orders is 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

DAAVY Research selects either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground based on the shipment. A flat $15 ground-shipping charge applies when the merchandise subtotal is under $200.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more receive free ground shipping. Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by a carrier or governmental authority are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress through the applicable carrier's website.

Shipping Delays & Issues

DAAVY Research cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DAAVY Research is not responsible for packages that a carrier confirms as successfully delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.

If tracking indicates that a package was lost while in transit, please contact us. We will assist with available carrier tracing or claims procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your complete shipping address before submitting your order. DAAVY Research is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned or must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order issues

Refund & Return Policy

Because research materials require controlled handling and chain-of-custody considerations, opened or used products are not eligible for return. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact DAAVY Research promptly with the order reference and supporting details so the issue can be reviewed.

Do not return material without prior authorization. Any approved refund, replacement, or return is handled according to the circumstances of the verified order and fulfillment issue.

Information handling

Privacy Policy

This website collects information voluntarily provided in an order request, including name, email, shipping address, requested products, payment-method preference, and any optional order notes. This information is used to review requests, communicate about orders, arrange fulfillment, maintain transaction records, and respond to inquiries.

The site also uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic and interactions. Payment credentials are not collected through this website. Order-request data submitted through the form is processed using Netlify form services. If you choose to pay by card, payment and shipping details are collected and processed securely by Stripe through its hosted checkout page.
